Avalon Pointe is certified through Austin Energy's Green Building program with a 1-star rating. That means the building was designed and constructed to be more energy-efficient than a standard development, offers lower utility bills for residents, and a smaller footprint for the neighborhood.
The building is also constructed with steel and concrete throughout, making it non-combustible. That is a meaningful difference from wood-frame construction.
We Have Affordable Options
Avalon Pointe participates in Austin’s SMART Housing program. That means 10% of our units are available at or below 50% MFI (Median Family Income) and 10% at or below 60% MFI. We believe good housing in West Campus should be accessible, not just aspirational.
