Tours are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Complete an application online or in person at our leasing office with proof of income and identification.
Standard leases run for twelve months, though shorter terms may be available upon request.
Water and trash are included in rent, while electricity and internet are billed separately.
Pets are welcome with a one-time fee and monthly pet rent applied to your lease.
Avalon Pointe is scheduled to open in summer 2026 with move-ins beginning shortly after.
